1. Images from the UCAN Photo Service (UPS) can be used only in a print publication. The use of UPS images is restricted to the user's own publication.
2. UPS images are for one-time use only. Additional use requires payment.
3. Unless UCA News (UCAN) provides special written consent, UPS images may not be archived, reproduced, resold or redistributed.
4. UPS images shall not be altered or manipulated beyond normal image enhancements or cropping.
5. UCAN makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of UPS images, but users acknowledge that UCAN is not liable for any loss, cost or damages arising out of any misuse, inaccuracy or omission in the information contained in UPS photos.
