By submitting your photo to the UCAN Photo Service, a service of UCA News, you agree to the following:
- We have the right to edit the text and photo as needed.
- You allow us to use the photo for all UCAN services and allow our clients to reproduce the photo.
- We are under no obligation to publish your submission.
- You warrant that the photo you send to us is your own original work, or that you have the right or have secured all rights necessary to allow our clients to publish the photo, and that such publication is not a violation of any existing right or privacy.
- Payment as specified in the "Guidelines for Submitting Photos to UCAN Photo Service" on this website is the full and only compensation for use of the photo.
- You agree to hold UCAN and its clients harmless from any claim arising from or in connection with any use of the photo.
